Hello Friends,
In some places, Old Man Winter is flexing his muscles. This week a big ice storm is gripping the southern USA. Later this week, cold air from the north will attack the northern states and Canada. There has been a lot of snow and dangerous conditions across the USA and Canada. And weather-related flight delays.
However, in my area, southern York County, Pennsylvania, near Dallastown, we have had a relatively mild winter. We have had very little snow and ice. Although the temperatures got cold several times, the frigid cold weather never stayed around too long.
My daughter lives in San Antonio, TX. They have not been able to get out the last two days due to the ice storm. The other day I talked to her, and it was in the 70s (Fahrenheit). Crazy winter weather!
Well, enough with the weather report. I want to share some music things with you as well. I am going into the studio and recording a new vocal album. The album would only be available on my website. One single will be released at a time until I build it up to the whole album.
The first song is called Regeneration. It will also be the title track. Regeneration is about Christ transforming us from our old life to a new life in Him.
The song is based on 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." King James Version of the Bible.
The first chorus lyrics are:
I need Regeneration,
Deep inside my soul,
I need to be a new creation,
I need something to make me whole, make me whole!
The second chorus's lyrics are.
He gives Regeneration,
Deep inside my soul,
Made me a new creation,
Christ's love has made me whole, made me whole!
