Compassion and Christian/Gospel Music Ministry

Keith Andrew Grim is a Christian singer‑songwriter and guitarist from Dallastown, Pennsylvania. His music blends Contemporary Christian Music, country, southern gospel, folk, Americana, worship, and classical influences, shaped by the hymns of his home church and the early days of CCM.

Keith began his music ministry at an early age and continued serving through high school and college. In 1983, he believed God was calling him to use music as a ministry, a path he has followed for more than four decades. He serves on the praise team at Spry Church in York, Pennsylvania, shares music throughout the region, and partners with Compassion to help children in need.

Mission Statement

My mission is to share Christ through music, encouraging believers and bringing peace to people’s souls — much like David did when he played the harp for Saul (1 Samuel 16:14-23).

Through every song and ministry opportunity, I seek to point people to the hope, grace, and presence of Jesus.

Two special songs, two special dedications. On March 29, 2025, I recorded “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot” and “He Will Come to You” for Ascending Sounds at Center Point Church in Hendersonville, TN. 

“Swing Low” is for my mom, her favorite hymn growing up at Second Baptist in Augusta, GA. “He Will Come to You” is for my dad, who heard it several times before he went home to be with the Lord in 2023.

My Journey is a collection of thirteen hand‑picked songs that have resonated deeply with people across many seasons of my ministry. Available only here on my website, this album blends original music, cherished gospel hymns, and two reflective instrumental pieces.

The gospel songs and hymns included here are part of my Christian musical heritage—songs that shaped my faith from childhood and continue to anchor my ministry today.

The original songs span more than four decades, from 1982 to 2025, reflecting the different seasons of my walk with Christ and the growth of my songwriting over the years.

These songs were chosen to give new listeners a clear sense of my musical style, while also offering familiar favorites to those who have followed my ministry for years.

My hope is that these songs reflect my acoustic, devotional style—and that they minister to your heart and draw you closer to the love of Jesus.
